Order Processing and Confirmation:
The Crudo priorities fast delivery! We confirm and dispatch orders within 20 minutes of your order confirmation.
Delivery Timeframe
Orders placed between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM will be delivered within 60, 90 or 120 minutes to serviceable pincodes in Bangalore.
Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered on the next business day.
We offer delivery to all serviceable pincodes in Bangalore. You can check your serviceability and delivery time during checkout or on our homepage.
Delivery Charges
We offer a simple, tiered shipping structure for your convenience. The fee is determined by your total order value as follows:
Orders up to ₹5,000: A flat fee of ₹199
Orders between ₹5,001 and ₹10,000: A flat fee of ₹99
Orders over ₹10,000: Complimentary Free Shipping

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee may apply.
